1. Once declared and used, it must be played.
2. If you feel your ball has gone out of bounds or is lost and you play a provisional, you can declare your provisional Mulligan once the outcome of the first ball has been determined.
3. mulligans are allowed on par 3 holes, however, they may not be used to win hole-in-one prizes.
4. You CAN Mulligan your Mulligan.
*2 Throws: (TWO PER PLAYER PER THE 18 HOLES) EACH PLAYER HAS 2 THROWS (THIS IS AN EXTENSION OF YOUR PREVIOUS SHOT) WHICH CAN BE USED ANYWHERE EXCEPT:
1. ON A GREEN - ONCE ON A GREEN THE BALL CANNOT BE ADVANCED WITH A THROW. (the fringe is not considered part of the green)
2. FROM OUT OF BOUNDS BACK IN BOUNDS or in the water. IF YOU ARE Out of Bounds or in the water YOU may USE A MULLIGAN IF YOU HAVE ONE.
3. when in a position to use a throw, the throw must be used in lieu of any shots. once used, everybody plays their shots from that extended position.
